Next weekend we'll be ready for another big sale at Roundabout! This time we have a little of everything. We'll have actually quite a lot of CDs and DVDs, as well as some audio books, VHS, tapes, vinyl records, and, of course, books.
As you know, we are delighted to have our main store open again now, and we are open daily at Roundabout with new, used, vintage, and children's books, 10am - 6pm. Check out our fully accessible upstairs levels when you visit, if you like! As of this moment, we have 48,182 books and items cataloged and organized in our main store (about double our collection when we opened in November 2023), and we are adding more books daily.
For the big sale, we also open up our lower level--which we usually just use for book sorting--for shopping, and there we will have at least 10 gaylord bins of books, perhaps as many as 20 gaylords for this coming sale. The harvest is truly plentiful. If you enjoy sorting through vast quantities of books, as I do, it makes for a great weekend. As is our usual pattern, the books in gaylords will be 50 cents through the whole sale, including on Friday. CDs and DVDs will start out $2 on Friday and then get reduced to sell at $1 on Saturday and Sunday.
I also appreciate deeply your continued support at Boswell's Books in Shelburne Falls. This year, with the iconic Bridge of Flowers closed for essential engineering repairs, we count on your support to flourish, and this summer we've very much had that support. Thank you so much! We keep sending out van loads of books each week to keep the collection excellent and fresh, so I hope to continue to have more for you to see every time you visit!
With August Well-Wishes,
Raymond
