Description: Original brown boards with cloth spine, and lightly-textured cream drawing paper that has tanned with time. Spine hinges are fraying and first section of paper has separated from the binding. Some scuffing and spotting to boards. This is a partially-completed book of lovely pencil sketches from the travels of someone with the initials M. L., or L. M. All drawings dated between 21.9.05 and 26.Aug.07. It is unclear whether the drawings were made in 1905, or in 2005 on vintage drawing paper. Most of the drawings appear to be Italy, though only Testaccio is labeled out of the Italian drawings. A few may be drawings of Castello Aragonese. There are 20 drawings total, 18 from Italy, and 2 others, at least one from Ruswil, Switzerland. Hardcover, good condition. 20 drawings and a number of blank sheets, quarto.
